Be Kind to You!

I’ve been hearing about a lot of suicides lately. I know I can’t speak for everyone, but for me personally, I’ve had issues with self-esteem and friends. Society tries to get us to think that, to be pretty or beautiful, you have to be a size zero, with a tiny waste, bottom, legs, arms, etc. and a perfect complexion. Skinny doesn’t mean healthy and I’d personally rather be healthy than skinny.

But that doesn’t mean just go and dis the workouts or the healthy eating. It means instead of saying, “I have to be a size zero for anyone to like me.” start saying,

“I may not be a size zero, but I’m a size me!”

Being the size you are isn’t bad! And I’ve actually seen a report where a skinny 100-120 something woman was compared to a 160 something woman. The heavier woman was actually in better internal health than the skinnier woman.

So please, start being kind to you! 🙂 You get more respect from others when you respect yourself!
